Please note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a shipping label and instructions for sending your item back.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original and place a new order once your return is approved.
EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days — for any reason and without justification. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
